Great value on first order
I was looking for some good quality meat and saw their first-order discount. I purchased a couple of Pasture-Raised Whole Chickens and some Pork Sausages. That 15% off helped a lot. The delivery was quick, took about 4 days. The chicken was really tasty, and the sausages were delicious. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth. Will order again when I need more.
Decent meat, high shipping minimum
I bought a Family Meat Pack from HOTRO. The meat quality, especially the Grass-Fed Ground Beef, was excellent, much better than grocery store options. Everything arrived still frozen, which is important. My one complaint is the high minimum for free delivery; I barely made it over $100. It's a slight hurdle if you just need a few things. Customer service was quick to confirm my order. Glad I tried them out.
Good quality, minor shipping hiccup
I ordered the Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak and some Beef Bone Broth. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough. Delivery took 6 days to get to my address in Kelowna, which was a bit longer than I expected, but the items arrived well-packed and still frozen solid. The steak cooked up beautifully, very tender and flavorful. The bone broth is also quite good, a rich taste. I contacted support about the delivery time, and they responded within a day, explaining current demand. Overall, happy with the quality.
